ಪ್ರಕೃತಿ ಪ್ರೇಮ

                                ಪ್ರಕೃತಿ ಪ್ರೇಮ 
        ಇತ್ತೀಚಿಗೆ ಟ್ವಿಟ್ಟರ್ ಗೆಳೆಯರನ್ನು ಒಂದುಗೂಡಿಸಿದ್ದು ಲೋಕೇಶ್ (ಆಚಾರ್ಯ). ಇಡ್ಲಿ ತಿಂದೆವು, ಖಾರಾಬಾತ್ ಸವಿದೆವು ಹಾಗೂ ಮಸಾಲೆದೋಸೆ ಮುಗಿಸಿದೆವು. ಹೊರಡುವಾಗ ಸಂಜಯ್ (ಪುಟಾಣಿ ಪಾಪ) ಅವರ ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಎಲ್ಲರಿಗೂ ಒಂದೊಂದು ಹೊಂಗೇ ಸಸಿಯನ್ನು ಪ್ರೀತಿಯಿಂದ ಕೊಟ್ಟರು.
        ನಮ್ಮ ಮನೆಯ ಮುಂದೆ ಮರವೊಂದು ಕಾಲನ ದಾಳಿಗೆ ತುತ್ತಾಗಿ ಉರುಳಿತ್ತು. ಗಾಳಿ-ಬಿರುಗಾಳಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಮಳೆ-ಜಡಿಮಳೆಗೆ ತನ್ನ ಮೈಯೊಡ್ಡಿದ್ದಲ್ಲದೇ ನರಬಾಧೆ-ವಾನರಬಾಧೆ ಎಲ್ಲವನ್ನೂ ಮೌನವಾಗಿ ಸಹಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು ಪ್ರಕೃತಿಯ ಮಡಿಲಲ್ಲಿ ತನ್ನ ಪಾಡಿಗೆ ತಾನು ಮೈದಳೆದು ನಿಂತಿತ್ತು. 'ಕಾಲನಿಗೆ ಕರುಣೆಯಿಲ್ಲ' ಎಂಬ ಸತ್ಯವನ್ನು ಜಗತ್ತಿಗೆ ಸಾರಲು ಕಡೆಗೊಮ್ಮೆ ಧರೆಗುರುಳಿತು. ನಾನು ತಂದ ಸಸಿಯನ್ನು ಅದೇ ಜಾಗದಲ್ಲಿ ನೆಟ್ಟು, ಅದರ ಎಲೆಗಳನ್ನು ನವಿರಾಗಿ ಸವರಿ ನೀರುಣಿಸಿದೆ. ಒಂದು ಕ್ಷಣ ಮೈಮರೆತೆ, ಮನಸ್ಸು ಬಾಲ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಜಾರಿತು.
       ೧. 'ಬಂಟ್ವಾಳ'ದಿಂದ, ಮೋಟಾರಿಗೆ ಕಮ್ಮಿ... ಕಾಲ್ನಡಿಗೆಗೆ ತುಸು ಜಾಸ್ತಿ ಅನ್ನುವಷ್ಟು ದೂರದಲ್ಲಿರುವ 'ಮಂಡಾಡಿ' ಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸುಮಾರು ಹತ್ತು ಎಕರೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹಸಿರು ಹೊಲಗದ್ದೆಗಳು ಯಾರ ಕಣ್ಣಿಗಾದರೂ ರಾಚುವಂತಿದ್ದವು. ಹಿರಿಯರಿಂದ ಬಂದ ಆಸ್ತಿಯನ್ನು ಜತನ ಮಾಡುವುದರಲ್ಲಿ ನನ್ನ ತಂದೆ ಅಪರಿಮಿತ ಕಾಳಜಿ ಹೊಂದಿದ್ದರು. ತಳಚೇರಿಯಿಂದ ತೆಂಗಿನ ಸಸಿಗಳನ್ನು ತಂದು ನೆಡುವುದು ಅಂತೆಯೇ ಕಾರ್ಕಳದಿಂದ ರಸಬಾಳೆ ಹಣ್ಣಿನ ಗಿಡ, ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿಂದ ತರಕಾರಿ ಬೀಜಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ ಪಾಣೆಮಂಗಳೂರಿನಿಂದ ಗೊಬ್ಬರ .. ಹೀಗೆ ಎಲ್ಲಿ ಏನಾದರೂ ವಿಶೇಷವೆಂದರೆ ಅಲ್ಲಿಂದ ಅದನ್ನು ತರುವುದು ಅಥವಾ ತರಿಸುವುದು ನನ್ನ ತಂದೆಯ ಆಸಕ್ತಿಯಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಪಾಳೇಗಾರರಾಗಿದ್ದ ನನ್ನ ಮುತ್ತಾತಂದಿರ ದರ್ಪ ತನ್ನ ರಕ್ತದಲ್ಲಿ ಇದ್ದರೂ ಊರಿಗೆ ಬಂದಾಗ ನನ್ನಪ್ಪ ಭೂಮಿತಾಯಿಯ ಮಗನಾಗುತ್ತಿದ್ದರು. ನನ್ನಪ್ಪ ನಡೆದು ಹೋಗುತ್ತಿರುವಾಗ, ಸ್ಥಳೀಯರು ಎದುರಿಗೆ ಸಿಕ್ಕಾಗ 'ನಮಸ್ಕಾರ ಧನಿಕ್ಲೇ' ಎಂದು ಮೈಬಗ್ಗಿಸಿ ಗೌರವ ಸೂಚಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾಗ ಜತೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸಾಗುತ್ತಿದ್ದ ನನಗೆ ಹೆಮ್ಮೆ ಅನಿಸುತ್ತಿತ್ತು. ಅಪ್ಪ ನನಗೆ ಪಾಳೇಗಾರನಂತೇ ಕಾಣುತ್ತಿದ್ದರು. ನಮ್ಮ ದೇಗುಲದಲ್ಲಿ ಇದ್ದ ನಮ್ಮ ಪೂರ್ವಜರು ಉಪಯೋಗಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದ  ಕತ್ತಿ -ಗುರಾಣಿಗಳು ಕಣ್ಣಮುಂದೆ ಬಂದು ನಿಲ್ಲುತ್ತಿದ್ದವು.
        'ನಮ್ಮಪ್ಪಾಜಿ ಕಾಲದಲ್ಲಿ ಐವತ್ತು ಎಕರೆಗಿಂತ ಜಾಸ್ತಿ ಆಸ್ತಿ ಇತ್ತು, ಉಳುವವನಿಗೆ ಭೂಮಿ ಅಂತ ಬಂದಾಗ ಹನ್ನೆರಡು ಎಕರೆ ಮಾತ್ರ ಉಳೀತು, ಅದ್ರಲ್ಲಿ ಎರಡು ಎಕರೆ ಕಾಲೇಜಿಗೆ ಅಂತ ಕೊಟ್ವಿ.. ನಿಮ್ಮ 'ಪಿಜ್ಜಿ' ಇಲ್ಲಿ ನೋಡ್ಕೋತಿದ್ದಿದ್ರಿಂದ ಅಷ್ಟಾದ್ರೂ ಉಳೀತು ... ಇದಲ್ಲದೇ 'ಕೊಳ್ಕೆರೆ' ಊರೇ ನಮ್ಮದಾಗಿತ್ತು...'  ಅಪ್ಪನಿಗೆ ಗತವೈಭವ ಯಾವಾಗಲೂ ಮುದನೀಡುತ್ತಿತ್ತು ಹಾಗೆಯೇ ನನಗೂ ಕೂಡ !
        ಅಪ್ಪನ ಜತೆ ಓಡಾಡುತ್ತಾ ಗದ್ದೆಗೆ ಇಳಿದು, ಸಸಿಗಳನ್ನು ನೆಟ್ಟು, ಮುಂದಿನ ಸಲ ಹೋದಾಗ 'ನಾನು ನೆಟ್ಟ ಸಸಿ ಎಷ್ಟು ಬೆಳೆದಿದೆ' ಎಂದು ಪರೀಕ್ಷಿಸಿ ಹೆಮ್ಮೆಯಿಂದ ಬೀಗುತ್ತಿದ್ದೆ. ಯಾವದಾದರೂ ಸಸಿಯನ್ನು 'ದನ ತಿಂದು ಹೋಯಿತು' ಎಂದು ಧರ್ನು ಪೂಜಾರಿ (ಹಿಂದೆ ಒಕ್ಕಲಾಗಿದ್ದವರು) ಹೇಳುವಾಗ ಆ ದನವನ್ನು ಹುಡುಕಿಕೊಂಡು ಹೋಗಿ ಹೊಡೆಯುವಷ್ಟು ಕೋಪ ಬರುತ್ತಿತ್ತು !   
       ನನ್ನ ಅರಿವಿಲ್ಲದೇ ನಾನು ಪ್ರಕೃತಿಯನ್ನು ಪ್ರೀತಿಸಲು ಹಚ್ಚಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದೆ. ಗಿಡಮರಗಳನ್ನು ಮುದ್ದಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದೆ, ಅವುಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಮಾತನಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದೆ. ಅವುಗಳೂ ನನ್ನೊಡನೆ ಮಾತನಾಡುತ್ತಿರುವಂತೆಯೇ  ಭಾಸವಾಗುತ್ತಿತ್ತು !
        ೨. ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್ ಮೇನೇಜರ್ ಆಗಿದ್ದ ನನ್ನ ತಂದೆಗೆ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿಗೆ ವರ್ಗವಾಗಿತ್ತು. (೧೯೭೪). ನಮ್ಮ ಮನೆಯ ಮುಂದೆ ನೆಡಲು ನಾಲ್ಕು ಗಿಡಗಳನ್ನು ಮಲ್ಲೇಶ್ವರದ ಅರಣ್ಯಭವನಕ್ಕೆ ಹೋಗಿ ತರಲು ಹೊರಟಿದ್ದ ತಂದೆಯ ಜತೆ ನಾನೂ ಹೋಗಿದ್ದೆ. ಮನೆಯ ಆ ಬದಿ ಎರಡು ಗಿಡಗಳನ್ನು ನನ್ನ ತಂದೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಈ ಬದಿ ಎರಡು ಗಿಡಗಳನ್ನು ನಾನೂ ನೆಟ್ಟೆವು. ದಿನಾ ಆ ಗಿಡಗಳಿಗೆ ನೀರು ಹಾಕುವ ಹೊಣೆಯನ್ನು ನನ್ನ ತಂದೆ ನನಗೆ ಒಪ್ಪಿಸಿದ್ದರು.  ಪ್ರೀತಿಯಿಂದ ಅವುಗಳನ್ನು ಮುದ್ದು ಮಾಡುತ್ತಾ ನಾನು ಆ ಕೈಂಕರ್ಯವನ್ನು ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದೆ. ಎಲ್ಲ ಗಿಡಗಳ ಬಳಿ ನಿಂತು 'ಒಹ್.. ನನ್ನ ತೊಡೆಯವರೆಗೆ ಬಂದಿದೆ...ಒಹ್ ಈಗ ಸೊಂಟದವರೆಗೂ ಬಂದು ಬಿಟ್ಟಿದೆ' ..ಎಂದೆಲ್ಲಾ ಕಾಲ ಕಾಲಕ್ಕೆ ನೋಡಿ ಖುಷಿ ಪಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದೆ.
ಆದರೆ ಅದೊಂದು ದಿನ...
       ಶಾಲೆ ಮುಗಿಸಿ ಮನೆಗೆ ಬಂದಾಗ ನನಗೆ ಆಘಾತ ಕಾದಿತ್ತು !
       ನಾನು ನೆಟ್ಟ ಎರಡು ಗಿಡಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಒಂದು ಗಿಡವನ್ನು ಯಾರೋ ದುರುಳ, ದುಷ್ಟ, ದುರ್ಬುದ್ಧಿಯುಳ್ಳ ದುರಾತ್ಮನೊಬ್ಬ ಎರಡು ಭಾಗವಾಗಿ ಸೀಳಿ ಬಿಟ್ಟಿದ್ದ !! ಎದುರು ಸಿಕ್ಕರೆ ಅವನನ್ನೇ ಎರಡೆರಡಾಗಿ ಸೀಳುವಷ್ಟು ರೋಷವಿದ್ದರೂ ಸನಿಹ ಯಾರೂ ಕಾಣಲಿಲ್ಲ.. ಅವನ್ಯಾವನೋ ಈ  ಅಮಾನುಷ ಕೃತ್ಯವೆಸಗಿ ಹೋಗಿಬಿಟ್ಟಿದ್ದ.
       ಈಗೇನು ಮಾಡುವುದು ? ಅಸಹಾಯಕನಾಗಿ ಅತ್ತುಬಿಟ್ಟಿದ್ದೆ. ಆ ಗಿಡವನ್ನೊಮ್ಮೆ ಬಾಚಿ ತಬ್ಬಿಕೊಂಡೆ....
       ಅರೆರೆ.. ! .. 'ಈ ಗಿಡ ನನ್ನ ಬಳಿ ಏನೋ ಮಾತಾಡುತ್ತಿದೆಯಲ್ಲ' ಎಂದು ಎನಿಸತೊಡಗಿತು.. 'ಹಾಗಾದರೆ ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ಇನ್ನೂ ಜೀವವಿದೆ' ಎಂಬ ಭಾವನೆ ಬಲವಾಗತೊಡಗಿತು. ನನ್ನ ಮನಸ್ಸಿಗೆ ಏನು ಮಾಡಬೇಕೆಂದು ತೋಚಿತ್ತೋ ಅದನ್ನೇ ಮಾಡಿದೆ. ಆಗ ನನಗೆ ನೂರಾನೆ ಬಲ ಬಂದ ಹಾಗೆ ಆಗಿತ್ತು.







      ಗಿಡವನ್ನು ಸೀಳಿದ ಜಾಗದಲ್ಲಿ, ಒದ್ದೆ ಮಾಡಿ ಮುದ್ದೆ ಮಾಡಿದ ಮಣ್ಣನ್ನು ಮೆತ್ತುತ್ತಾ ಬಂದೆ.. ಎರಡು ಭಾಗಗಳನ್ನು ಒಟ್ಟು ಮಾಡಿ ದಾರದಿಂದ ಒಂದು ಕಟ್ಟು ಹಾಕಿದೆ. ಮನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ  ಹಳೆಯ ಕಮಂಡಲವೊಂದಿತ್ತು, ಅದರಲ್ಲಿ ನೀರು ತುಂಬಿ ದೊಡ್ಡ ಮಹರ್ಷಿಯ ಹಾಗೆ ದೇವರ ಮೇಲೆ ಪ್ರತಿಜ್ಞೆ ಮಾಡಿ 'ನನ್ನ ಆಯಸ್ಸಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಮುವ್ವತ್ತು  ದಿನಗಳ ಆಯಸ್ಸನ್ನು ಕಮ್ಮಿ ಮಾಡಿ ಈ ಮರಕ್ಕೆ ಧಾರೆ ಎರೆಯುತ್ತಿದ್ದೇನೆ, ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ಮತ್ತೆ ಪ್ರಾಣ ನೀಡು ದೇವರೇ' ಎಂದು ಬೇಡಿಕೊಂಡೆ. (ಅಂದಿನ ಮನಸ್ಥಿತಿ).
      ಇಂದು ಮನೆಯ ಮುಂದೆ ಸುಳಿದಾಡುವಾಗೆಲ್ಲಾ  ಬೃಹತ್ತಾಗಿ ಬೆಳೆದಿರುವ ಆ ಮರವನ್ನು ಹೆಮ್ಮೆಯಿಂದ ಒಮ್ಮೆ ತಬ್ಬಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತೇನೆ.. ಆರದ ಆ ಗಾಯವನ್ನು ನವಿರಾಗಿ ಸವರುತ್ತೇನೆ... ಭಾವುಕನಾಗಿ ಮನೆ ಸೇರುತ್ತೇನೆ.
ಮರಗಿಡಗಳನ್ನು ಪ್ರೀತಿಸಿದರೆ ಮಾತ್ರ ಅವುಗಳು ನೀಡುವ ಪ್ರೀತಿಯನ್ನು ನಾವು ಸವಿಯಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯ .. ಹೆಚ್ಚೇನೂ ಹೇಳಲಾರೆ .........

Best remedy for the Back pain

I woke up from sleep and found that something was wrong with my neck ! I could not move my face towards my extreme left. Yes! There was a problem! The MRI Scan report showed a problem in C5,C6. I was going through the report at my studio when I encountered one of our customers !   

'I had a similar problem sir, within 5 to 6 days, it got solved, thanks to this specialist in acupuncture, you please meet him' , he said handing me the doctor's number.

I was curious.Next day I met the specialist and underwent treatment for about 10 days...   the problem still continued !

In the meanwhile my friends suggested a lot of treatment methods.

'Ayurveda is the best one..it's slow but a sure shot' said one.

'Why don't you try Homeopathy?...that's really nice..no side effects' said another.

'There is a guy who is not a doctor, but he is an experienced man, he applies some oils then pulls out the particular nerve by rotating your head' said the last.

He was the scariest among them !

The irony was, my friends seemed much interested in narrating their own problems and experiences than listening to me. Alas!!

My sis, who is also a doctor took me to an orthopedician.He referred me to a neurosurgeon after looking at my MRI Scan.The neurosurgeon further suggested me to the physiotherapist.

15 days were spent on the physiotherapy treatment and the neck & shoulder exercises .....The problem still continued!

Now the neurosurgeon tells me that 'surgery' is the only option !

At this stage I took over the matter. I asked my mind repeatedly to give me a proper solution.

The answer was BED REST ! 

Along with the bed rest, I found two things which really helped me.The Ayurvedic oil and the neck and shoulder exercises!

I did this for five days and now the pain is gone.




REST IS THE BEST but for me now REST is history.

LOSE WEIGHT WITH YOUR MIND POWER !

     Wanna lose weight? But can't stop eating junk food? Is 'exercise' boring? No worries, you can use your mind power to lose weight!

     Your subconscious mind has the power to reduce your weight, it has the power to tone up your body! 

     Ask yourself whether you really want to reduce your weight, or you are not much concerned about it. Keep your motivation high.
Read my previous post about Self Hypnosis, so that I can skip the 'Preparation' and 'the technique' part.

    After visualizing few things, take a deep breath and relax! Now start thinking  about your body and talk to yourself..
I know that I love my body, I want to give my body the best food which it requires, I want to keep my body healthy and intact. I will have to have only healthy and nutritious food, I know that junk food does not serve any purpose, other than pumping fat into my body. Now I have also realized that I want to keep the junk food away from me...!!

      Now take a deep breath again and relax. Start visualizing.
Visualize early morning yourself in a park taking a brisk walk. Look at the lush green garden around you while you walk, feel the fresh air, look at the different flowers that have blossomed ! 

      You are sweating, relax for a while sitting on a bench with closed eyes.

     Instead of park you can also visualize a gymnasium where you do different exercises. Try to visualize in detail.. you may be on a treadmill or may be doing aerobics. Try to visualize in detail  different places of the gym listening to a rhythmic music.

     Now you are sweating. Relax for a while.

     Stand in front of a mirror and look at your dream body. Visualize a slim and trim body in detail even though you know that right now it is fictitious. But it is going to happen shortly !! Look at yourself at least for five minutes enjoying your slim body.

     Do this exercise for about twenty to thirty minutes, don't expect instant results but you will be happy to see whatever you have visualized is happening gradually!! 


     Once  you finish the exercise, count back from ten to one. Instruct your mind to wake up slowly as you count back.


         You can see the results in less than one month. It is amazing but true !

Self Hypnosis.


     What is Hypnosis? It is a 'trance state' where you directly deal with the subconscious mind. Hypnotism focuses and enhances your mind power. Hypnotist hypnotizes a person to get him into a trance. 




     During my practice, I hypnotized many people and used to give them post-hypnotic suggestions to solve their problems. Few of them wanted to have a post-hypnotic suggestion by which they can hypnotize themselves. i.e to get into the trance kind of state  through Self-hypnosis.

     Self hypnosis in simple words is hypnotizing yourself to change you, the way you want to be. You can change your thinking for your betterment, you can change your life style, you can get rid of mental and also physical disorders.It is an answer to anxiety, stress, depression and lot other problems related to mind. It can reduce your weight without any workouts ! 
Most important thing is that it relaxes you.

     There are few things you have to remember and do which helps you to step into the self hypnosis state. 

Preparation

     First explain to yourself what is the thing that you want to achieve through self hypnosis. It may be to get rid of a headache or may be to improve your memory or anything for that matter. Let the reason be clear.
 
      Wear comfortable clothes. Select a suitable place where you won`t be disturbed. Select a comfortable  chair to sit or may be a bed to lie down. But sitting is preferred as you may get into sleep when you lie down.

     Write a small black dot on the wall which shall be visible to you from your sitting position and should be at least four to five feet  above your eye level.   

     Beginners may have to dedicate at least twenty to thirty minutes to do this exercise.  

The technique 


     If you know about Yoga and meditation techniques it will be easier for you to get self hypnotized. 

     Relax your body, close your eyes...observe your body from inside.Focus your attention on your toes, gradually shift the focus from toes towards head imagining as if a light or energy is passing through the whole body. Let the travel inside be in detail and slow.

     Now open your eyes.. look at the black dot drawn an the wall without blinking your eyes. As you look at the dot, count back from hundred to one. Breath in and breath out slowly. While focusing on the dot you feel that your eyelids are becoming heavier and heavier. At one stage your eye lids closes automatically.

     Now feel the world inside.Try to visualize the things you like. Try to include your sense organs, for example if you are visualizing sun set at a beach, try to visualize that in detail..feel the cool breeze..listen to the sounds of the waves..look at the vibrant colors on the sky. Yes !!  you are in the beach !

     You can try one more experiment. Imagine that your body is becoming lighter and lighter.. so light.. it becomes as light as a feather..feel that it is moving slowly upwards... you can see the world from above..watch it as if you are watching it from an Aeroplane... Yes !! you are flying.

     Once  you finish the exercise, count back from ten to one. Instruct your mind to wake up slowly as you count back.

     Once you master the visualization techniques, you can suggest your mind whatever you want to achieve.

YES, I AM A PROUD HINDU

I would loved to be called as Human being or may be a Proud Indian, but some people provoke me to be called as a Hindu or may be a Proud Hindu ! YES! I am a Hindu, but not a fanatic. I respect all religions, I expect others to respect my Religion also. One of my friends, started criticising Hinduism.

' Thousands of Gods in your religion..it is totally confusing'.

He kick started the argument.

 'We know that there is only one God, "Ekam Brahma. dvithiya naste neh na nasthe kinchan" is what Brahma Sutra says, which means “There is only one God, not the second; not at all, not at all, not in the least bit.” I told him. 

'Then you are not following your own scriptures..that is wrong' was his counter.

'My dear friend do you know the beauty of Hinduism? My religion does not dictate terms..it gives you options instead.'

 Yajurveda says "Na tasya Pratima asti" means there is no image of Him. But my religion also allows me to worship God in any form.
My religion gives me the freedom to worship God in the way I want to worship. 

'Bhava' is an important word in Hinduism. 'Bhava' is nothing but feeling. My religion wants us to be connected with divine.
My religion simplifies the procedure. God is there not only to protect or help us, God is there to be loved..God is there to be felt.

 If you love your father, love God like your father. If you love your mother, love God like your mother. If you love your child, love him like your child. Your feelings will  be intensified when you feel him like whom you love the most in this world.' I replied.

'That means you Hindus keep on changing your religious texts, by which  you are insulting your original scripts' he asked.

'No..It allows you to update! Every thing will change in this world. Religious texts believed that the earth is in the centre and sun is moving around earth, can you buy that now? As the  technology is advancing there is a need to update every thing including religion. That doesn't mean that you are rejecting or insulting your religion.'

He changed the topic. 'What about Manu smrithi, I can quote few lines from that which are inhuman.'

I got little irritated not because it was a right question but because it was irrelevant. I told him ' I want to take good things from all religions.  I want the essence, I want the cream!  If you want to find fault, you can find fault in each and everything. Forget it, now listen to me. I want to tell you why I am a proud Hindu..

My religion says  "Sarve Janah Sukhino Bhavantu"
means let every one be happy, my religion does not say let only our people be happy.  
  
My religion says  "Yatra naryastu pujyante ramante tatra Devatah.." means God will be pleased where women are respected.


My religion teaches me to respect and worship nature.

My religion teaches me to respect my parent, to respect my teacher. 

Do you want to hear more about my religion?' I asked him.

'Before that, I want ask you one more question.. what about Caste system in your religion? Do you endorse that?' He asked.

I said 'I don't  accept discrimination in any form.What is caste system? do you know what it is ?
